Job Description:
To lead project team on the responsible in Analyzer system Design, generation, FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and SAT (Site Acceptance Test) with customer satisfaction and project efficiency.
· Assistant Project Manager regarding the quality, schedule and cost control.
· To be responsible in WBS (work break down structure) and project schedule.
· Monitor project schedule and ensure project implemented on schedule.
· Manage / Control schedule for Sub-con engineering activities
· To minute project meetings, such as KOM, TCM (Technical Clarification Meeting) etc.
· Acting as the main window to the customer/vendor for technical discussion.
· System analysis and translate customer’s requirement into system specification.
· Responsible in project documentations. E.g. FDS/DDS.
· Configure database based on approved document.
· Design analyzer system package, include analyzer house, HVAC, Safety System, Chills… etc
· Conduct training for customer on various analyzers and equipments under analyzer system package.
· Conduct debugging and FAT as per project procedure.
· Conduct SAT, site support and site commissioning as per project procedure.
· Supervise and coordinate to team subordinates.
Skills and Requirements:：
· Bachelor Degree in chemical instrumentation or equivalent with CET-4 certification, more than 7 years experience in Analyzer system.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Good supervisory skill.
· Sound knowledge of various analyzers and equipments under the analyzer system package, E.g, HVAC, Safety System, Chillers etc.
· Experience with process control system applications, DCS and PLC.
· Familiar with Microsoft Windows, good knowledge in using Microsoft Office packages, AutoCAD.
· Familiar with Modbus communication protocol.
· Willing to travel and good team player.
