The Research and Application of OPC Technique in
System Integration for the Integrated Automation of Plant
工厂综合自动化的发展趋势是控制与管理一体化,以形成计算机集成制造系统CIMS和计算机集成控制系统CIPS,其中涉及的从硬件拓扑结构到软件编制等一系列技术被总结为系统集成。应用于自动化领域的对象链接与嵌入技术OPC,是系统集成地关键,它能使不同控制设备所产生的信息能在计算机集成过程控制系统(CIPS)中相互交流。并以某化工厂整流供电系统为例,采用ActiveX控件,探讨了基于OPC技术的系统集成的方案和适合系统集成的软件平台,以及其通信管理模块及PLC驱动软件的设计。
The all-in-one of control and management is a developmental trend of system integration in integrated automation of plant. The system integration consists of computer integration manufacture system (CIMS), computer integration process control (CIPS), and interrelated hardware and software. The application of OPC (OLE for process control) in automation field is the key of system integration, which makes it possible the exchange of information from various devices in CIPS. Taking power supply system of plant as an example, the ActiveX used in implementing the communication among various devices, the system integration scheme based on OPC, software environment for system integration, and module of communication management and the design of PLC drive software is discussed.

P5 一种分布式异构数据库系统分布计算方案的研究(华中科技大学 俞伟 等)
Research on a Computing Method for
Distributing Heterogeneous Database System
在探讨利用PowerBuilder实现分布式异构数据库系统中分布计算实现方法的基础上,完成了三峡工程散装水泥粉煤灰指挥调运系统(CFADIS)的数据处理与通讯设计方案,实现了数据的双向传输。该方案采用了客户机、客户端应用服务器、服务端应用服务器、数据库服务器分布式4层结构体系。其数据采集点的数据库为SQL Anywhere,调度中心数据库为Oracle 7.3,通过拨号方式远程传输,并利用PB功能实现了不同计算机中的数据共享与集成。
Based on the distributed computing method for a distributed heterogeneous database system is implemented with PowerBuilder, the design scheme of data process and communication for CFADIS was accomplished, and dual-direction transmission of data was realized. The scheme includes 4 classes of distributed architecture such as client, client application server, application sever and database server. SQL anywhere was used as database in data acquisition system, Oracle7.3 was used as database of the dispatch center. The remote transmission among servers was implemented with Dial-up method, and the data share and integration among computers was realized with PB function.

Web-based Decision Support System for Security Analysis
基于Web的证券分析系统是目前的发展趋势。该系统不仅具有业务数据库,并引入了多维数据模型和广义模型库。其系统结构采用数据层、逻辑层、应用层3层B/S结构模式,通过Web服务器与Internet建立联系。用户可以利用多维数据模型,在业务数据库基础上,从多维角度对数据进行分析和提取。广义模型服务调用广义模型库中的模块,对多维数据进行分析和转化,从而获得最终的决策信息。同时也可从Internet网上获得所需信息。这种面向大众的证券分析决策支持系统。适应分布式异构系统的要求,有较好的移植性和可扩展性。
The developing Web-based security analysis system is a developmental trend at present. There is not only operation database, but also multi-dimension data model and generalized database model in Web-based security analysis system. 3 layers B /S structure modes as data layer, logical layer and application layer was used in the structure of the system, the contact with Internet was established by passing Web-server. Based on operation database, data was analyzed and accessed with multi-dimension data model. The module of generalized database model was played in generalized model service, and multi-dimension data was analyzed and transferred, so decision information was finally obtained. At the same time, much needful information was obtained from Internet. The decision support system for security analysis applies to the requirement of distributed Heterogeneous system, and has better transplantable property and expansibility.

P12 神经网络在压合过程中的应用(西南科技大学 陈强 等)
Application of Neural Network in the Pressed Process
针对将圆锥体压入薄壁筒的控制技术中,对位移传感器和压力传感器在线实时检测及执行机构气液增力缸的控制问题,在分析受外界干扰的情况下,为保证系统的稳定性和收敛性,采用基于递推最小二乘法的多层前项神经网络算法,并对它的条件参数进行了一般性的推导。该神经网络为3层前向网络,其隐含层神经元数为10个,输出层神经元数1个。包括输出层与隐含层、输入层与隐含层间权的调整算法。用典型PID算法和神经网络的控制算法分别仿真结果可见,神经网络控制解决了压合过程纯滞后的非线性问题,达到了预期的技术要求。
Aiming at a series of control problems about putting a cone into thin canister, online and real time test of displacement sensor and pressure sensor, and the control of increasing pressure jar as executive machine, the multi-layer front neural network algorithm based on least square method (LSM) was applied to ensure stability and astringency of the system under the conditions of he system disturbed by the environment, and its some of condition parameters were deduced. There are 3 layers in multi-layer front neural network, there are 10 nodes in hide layer, and is 1 node in the output layer. The network contains adjusted algorithm of the weight between output and hide layer, and between input and hide layer. The emulation results of typical PID algorithm and neural network control algorithm show that the nonlinear problem for pressed process lag was resolved with the neural network control, the expected technical requirement was achieved.

Planning Used in Binary-coded Side-lobe Optimization
在研究雷达脉冲压缩信号中的二相编码距离旁瓣压缩问题的基础上,采用改进的进化规划算法优化径向基函数网络,提出了一种基于改进进化规划算法的计算方法。该算法将进化规划算法和神经网络结合起来,用径向基RBF(Radial Basis Function)神经网络结构取代多层前馈网络MFNN(Multilayer Feedforward Neural Nerworks)结构,用改进进化规划取代反向传播算法BP(Back Propagation),可以以较大概率快速的收敛到要求的旁瓣抑制指标。通过对13位巴克码和31位M编码的仿真实验,表明新的方法在旁瓣抑制能力和运算速度等性能方面,都有较大的提高。
Based on researching binary-coded range side-lobe suppression problem for radar pulse compressed signal, the radial basis function (RBF) neural network was optimized with the improved evolutionary planning algorithm (IEPA), a new algorithm based on the improved evolutionary planning algorithm was presented. IEPA was combined with neural network by the new algorithm, multi-layer feed-forward neural network structure was replaced with RBF neural network structure, and back propagation (BP) algorithm was replaced with IEPA, then, expected side-lobe suppression quota was rapidly waisted. The emulation experiments for the 13-elements baker code and 31-elements M code show that side-lobe suppression ability and operating speed was improved with the new method.

P19 在螺旋锥齿轮数控铣齿机上加工斜齿圆柱齿轮(台湾远东科技大学 陈维方 等)

利用螺旋锥齿轮数控铣齿机,取消滚刀不但可以加工圆锥齿轮和准双曲面齿轮,还可以加工圆柱齿轮。该方法是通过刀盘一面旋转,一面平移可形成产形齿条(媒介齿条)的原理来实现的。为此,引入产形齿条固连坐标系和刀盘固连坐标系。当刀盘绕固连坐标系x轴旋转时,形成圆锥面;斜齿圆柱齿轮则是圆锥产形齿条作平移,圆柱齿轮作转动时的包络面。同时,导出了该方法的圆锥的锥面方程,斜齿轮啮合方程和齿面方程。
