1) Acquires functional knowledge and understanding of Schneider solutionsand customers requirements.

2) As an application expert, lead a team to develop application design andimplementation and the whole project engineering execution.

3) Participates involve pre-sales activities with proposal and sales teamto provide technical support.

4) During the project execution, act as the project team leader toimplement project in accordance to Schneider commitments as per the projecttechnical specification and contract terms; support project manager to organizeand manage resources, schedule, quality, and customer relationship &expectations to achieve project targets that are set forth by the management.

5) For the purpose of performance measurement, key project targets are setas follows, subject to changes as advised by management from time to time :-

a) 100% delivery on time

b) >90% customer satisfaction rating

6) Weekly review meeting with project team, project manager, or customerto discuss progress and issues. Provide minutes of meetings.

7) Reviews and approve project engineering document with engineeringmanager authorization.

8) Adheres to project Quality, Health & Safety requirements andprocedures as well as related Company policies.
