  • Job Description:

    The BDM is directly responsible for thedevelopment and growth of Belden’s key strategic accounts for High Speed BU.


    Responsibilities:

    1、Develop and execute account action plan

    2、Develop and update account sales funnel monthly

    3、ramatically grow high speed cable business

    4、Update booking, billing POV weekly

    5、Work with operation and other teams to identify, facilitate and resolve QDC issues

    6、Manage quarterly scored card process


    Deliverables:

    1、Account growth plan (TAM, PAM, SAM model)

    2、Update high speed sales funnel monthly

    3、Update booking/billing POV weekly

    4、Update QDC weekly

    5、Update customer score card quarterly


    Experience, skills, abilities:

    1、Industry knowledge of cables, cable assemblies

    2、Good oral and written English

    3、Experience to work with international customers

    4、Capabilities to  work with directors and VP executives

    5、College degree in a technical or business discipline;

    6、Competencies: customer focus, drive for results, strategic agility, organizing, listening, perseverance, political savvy.


    BACKGROUND:

    1、Bachelor degree with at least 8-10 years of proven experience.

    2、Ability to work in a matrix organization

    3、Fluent English is a must.
