Responsibilities:
1. To get a full understanding of Panels Builders and build a systematic action plan (pioneer style), taking into accounts the application/solution offer priorities;
2. Identify the customer segment specificity, lead the definition of the customer portfolio by segment, and support its implementation;
3. Monitor results and insure that all factors are in place to meet action efficiency objectives and customer satisfaction;
4. To deploy Best practices (successful story) done in others Countries;
5. To get a strong view on our competitors actions in each country.

Requirements:
1. BA degree and electrical or electronics engineering as major is preferred;
2. Familiar with Panel builder business model or relevant experience will be must;
3. Familiar with medium or low voltage products knowledge;
4. Power or/and Asian Countries experience will be better;
5. Good ability in speaking and writing English.
