产品工程师 Product Engineer
工作地点：上海
工作职责/ Job Description:
*负责特定的产品系列，包括技术支持，市场推广以及客户培训
*向部门经理汇报，配合，协助复杂产品的售前售后技术支持，以及项目的技术支持
*协助新产品发布和客户和销售工程师产品培训
*协助准备行业报告，推动指定产品线市场份额增长
*对指定产品，协助，准备市场推广材料
*确定产品线缺失，提出产品需求
*Response the specific product range to handling all the task around technical support, marketing activities and customer trainings.
*Reporting to the Business Unit Manager. will coordinate, facilitate and verify complex pre and post sales Technical support as well as projects
*Prepare product launches and training to business partners & sales
*Prepare industry report to initiate and drive market growth of the assigned product lines
*Coordinate, facilitate and prepare marketing/ promotional materials of the assigned product lines
*Identify product gaps to initiate product request
任职要求/Job Requirement:
*自动化、电气、电气工程本科学历
*至少有2年的相关工作经验，类似行业工作经验优先
*有自动化设备操作经验，熟悉PLC优先
*具有较强的技术分析能力及较强的表达沟通能力
*善于与人沟通，工作积极，有团队合作精神
*Min a good Bachelor Degree in automation/electronic/electrical engineering
*Has at least 2 years relevant working experience, preferably in similar industries
*Those with working knowledge of automation equipment, familiar with PLC would be an added advantage
*Possess strong technical and analytical skills with strong ability to communicate technical information to contact partners
*Good interpersonal skills, positive work attitude and a team player
