职位描述
1. Attend product introduction and / or products relocation team and realize defined engineering activities.
参加新产品导入/或转产项目，并完成规定的技术活动。
2. Motor technologies searching / investigation & implementation & maintaining; Participation in corporate activities for new machine commissioning & installation.
电机制造技术探索、调研、实施和维护；参与新机器调试和安装。
3. Participation in corporate activities for motor production process CIP (Lean optimization, Productivity increasing, Quality improvement...) & troubleshooting / product trouble-shooting supporting.
参与电机生产过程持续改善（精益优化、生产率提高、质量改进）和问题解决, 为产线保驾护航.
4. For EHS, national law / SIEMENS policy must be followed.
服从环境及安全生产系统规定，遵守国家法律/西门子政策等。
5. Support company CIP initiatives (3i, 5S…) as well as ISO Quality Management System.
支持公司CIP活动（3i、5S…）以及ISO质量管理体系。
6. Digitalization project handling and Realization, workout motor factory's digital requests and roadmap, align with SNC overall digitalization strategy, so to make sure these activities implementation in motor factory.
相关数字化项目的管理和实现，基于公司的数字化策略，整理并制定电机工厂数字化规划图并实施之。
What do I need to qualify for this job?
1. Bachelor's degree or above (Mechanical / Mechatronics or motor related major is preferred)
机械、机电或电机相关专业本科或以上。
2. Over 3- years working experience on motor （better on Servo motor）manufacturing related works.
在电机设计或者电机(伺服电机）制造方面有3年以上的工作经验。
3. Deep-dived knowledge & know-how on motor production process & technology.
熟悉电机生产装配过程和技术。
4. Good knowledge and experience on mechanical design (NX, autocad...)
熟练机械设计相关的知识及应用经验 ( NX, Autocad...)
5. Digitalization SW application ( process Simulation SW, plant simulation.... Team Center....) skills with digitalization project handling experiences is a plus.
有相关数字化软件应用技能 ( Process simulation, plant simulation, TC...)和数字化项目的管理经验者优先。
6. Constructive problem - solving with systematical engineering methodology know-how.
系统化结构化分析解决问题及实施工程技术项目的能力。
7. Independent working & learning capability with initiative mindset and collaboration spirit.
主动开放，合作独立的精神及工作能力。
8. Suitable communication skill (Chinese, English
to meet working needs:
