MainResponsibilities主要职责:
Responsiblefor implementing the transfer of complex electro-mechanical system developmentprograms to the production environment. After transfer from the design team,the Product Engineer has full design responsibility for the product. Keyresponsibilities of the Product Engineer are to:
负责将复杂的机电系统开发项目转移到生产环境。从设计团队调离后，产品工程师对产品负有全部的设计责任。产品工程师的主要职责是:
1． Maintainproduct configuration/cost/lead time management
维护产品配置/成本/交货期管理
2． Maintaindesign integrity, producibility and quality in production products
保持产品设计的完整性，生产能力和质量
3． Possess anin depth understanding of product requirements and lead the development ofappropriate production tests/checks process and methods to verify productcomplies
对产品要求有深入的了解，并领导开发适当的生产测试/检查流程和方法，以验证产品符合要求
4． Provideproduction assembly/test instructions, training and monitoring to maintainproduction
提供生产装配/测试指导，培训和监控以维持生产
5． Provideclear information and status of any issues affecting technical, quality, cost,or schedule impacts execute problems solving techniques (8D, DMAIC methodology,etc.)
提供任何影响技术、质量、成本或进度的问题的清晰信息和状态，执行问题解决技术(8D, DMAIC方法等)
6． Smoothlytransitions product from development into production A&T. Execute theProduct Engineering responsibilities in the NPI, CPI, and VPI processes
产品从开发到生产的平稳过渡。在NPI, CPI和VPI流程中执行产品工程职责
7． Supportthe Quality Engineer in RCCA, FAR, etc. through analysis and test
在RCCA, FAR等方面支持质量工程师进行分析和测试
8． Supportcustomer satisfaction investigation and close-loop improvement
支持客户满意度调查和闭环改进
Qualifications:
Education/degree
1． Bachelordegree in Hydraulic/Mechanical/Control Engineering
液压/机械/控制工程学士学位
2． Masterlevel qualification in Engineering is highly desirable
工程专业硕士学历优先考虑
Workexperiences
1． At least 3years in designing and developing hydraulic/electronic product/system inindustrial, Automotive and aero structural fatigue/ durability test andsimulation experience is a plus.
3年以上工业、汽车、航空结构疲劳/耐久性试验和仿真液压/电子产品/系统设计和开发经验者优先
2． Experiencein mechanical/hydraulic engineering, Testing or/and product management highlydesirable
有机械/液压工程，测试或产品管理经验者优先
3． Otherskills, experiences or highly desirable qualifications
