- JOB DETAILSJob PurposeResponsible for solution design & integration of MES solution in Auto/Pharm/CPG industries. Can also take customer face leadership role.KPI (Key Performance Indicator)Successfully delivery of solution/products within agreed timeframe and budget.Key ResponsibilitiesDO
- As-is & To-be blueprint analysis
- Architecture design based on RA MES Package (AutoSUITE/PharmSUITE/CpgSUITE) & FTPC based products.
- Design architecture if customization & integration needed
- Lead project engineering team
- Guide and coach customer on solution design
- Help PM control scope & schedule, especially for technical risk
- Help PM control & manage 3rd party
- Control the quality of engineering deliverables
- Pre-sale support to sales team if necessary

MES technical background is preferred.w At least 5 ~8 year’s technical/consulting experience.KEY INTERNAL STAKEHOLDERSBusiness Development Managers, Delivery managers, Project Manager, Product teams. w Bachelor Degree in Engineering/Automation is requiredw 4-6 years of experience of automation products in OEM.KEY INTERNAL STAKEHOLDERSAc Manager - OEM, Regional OEM Sales Manager, AP-OEM Team, Program Manager.
