变频器及软起动器产品品牌融合标识改变正式启动

——— Variable Speed Drives and Soft-starter Marking Migration Official Launch

Dear Customers,
施耐德电气品牌融合行动2008年初开始，现在产品包装的外观改变已接近完成。现在是品牌融合产品变化第二步也是最重要的一步，即产品标识及标签的改变。施耐德变频器产品将于2009年10月30日完成产品标识及标签的改变，软起动器产品将于2009年11月29日完成产品标识及标签的改变, 从“TE电气”融合为“施耐德电气” 。
As the packaging migration is going to be completed, it’s now the time for the second but also the most important step of product change for Brand Migration – Product Marking switch. Variable Speed Drives will fulfill new Schneider Electric product marking on Oct 30th, 2009, and Soft-starter will fulfill on Nov 29th, 2009 moving from “Telemecanique” to our unique brand “Schneider Electric”.
品牌融合行动将提高“施耐德电气”品牌及公司在全球客户及公众面前的曝光频率，更能获得覆盖全球的最大化品牌效益。施耐德电气将以此为契机，更加有效的运用旗下的全线产品构建完整、高效、创新的解决方案，更好地服务于我们的客户及合作伙伴，提升您的市场竞争力。
Brand Migration aims to increase visibility of “Schneider Electric” brand in front of customers and public, thus maximize the brand value. We would like to take this opportunity to develop more efficient and innovative solutions with strengthened synergy to better serve our customers and partners, and further enhance your market competency.

在“品牌融合”行动中，只有产品标识，包装箱的标签，铭牌，产品外观颜色等方面做相应的变化。我们承诺，“品牌融合”行动将不会影响我们的产品性能、质量和服务，以及我们和合作伙伴的合作方式。在我们逐步推动该项目的同时，所有客户及合作伙伴将一如既往地享受我们的优质服务和支持，正如同您所经历的包装改变一样。
What will affect Brand Migration will be product marking, labeling and packaging, color and corporate communication. While ensuring the smoothly going of the projects, we guarantee that the product quality, performance, service and support to customers and partners will be as reliable as you have experienced in the past, which have been proved in the packaging migration.
变频器与软起动器产品进行品牌标识标签改变的时间表如下：
Variable Speed Drives and Soft-starter product migration schedule are listed below:

注：*以上变频器产品指施耐德(苏州) 变频器有限公司生产的ATV61和ATV71系列变频器,
软起动器产品指施耐德(苏州) 变频器有限公司生产的ATS48系列变频器.
*ATV31和ATV302系列变频器有新产品替代，因此不会改变标识.
*以上产品标识及标签切换时间是施耐德(苏州) 变频器有限公司生产切换时间, 在产品铭牌上精确到周.
Note: *Above Drives are ATV61 and ATV71 series Variable Speed Drives which made in Schneider (Suzhou) Drives Co., Ltd. Soft-starter is ATS48 series soft-starter which made in Schneider (Suzhou) Drives Co., Ltd.
* ATV31 and ATV302 series variable speed drives will be substituted by new product.
These offers are not involved in Brand Migration.
* The Marking Switch date is Schneider (Suzhou) Drives Co., Ltd manufacture switch date, marked with Week on nameplate.

With the progress of the Brand Migration, we shall follow-up with explanations on more details. We strongly believe a stronger Schneider Electric brand will bring you more business opportunity and commercial benefit with our persistent high quality product and services.
在产品标签结束工厂切换后，分销商及客户可能会在一定期间经历不同品牌产品标识交叉的情况，这是由于在施耐德电气物流中心及分销商仓库中，不同的产品具有不同的库存状况和库存水平。在产品标识转换期间，施耐德电气物流中心会按先进先出的顺序发货，即先发旧包装、旧标识的产品，再发新包装、旧标识的产品，最后发新包装，新标识的产品。因此在一定时期内，施耐德变频器及软起动器产品中将会有“施耐德电气”，“TE电气”等品牌同时存在的情况出现。这将不会对客户的采购和使用产生直接影响。
After the product marking change is finished by plant, our distributor and customer will face the transition period for mixture brands of product marking. Different products have different transition periods dueto stock level in our DC and distributor’s warehouse. During the transition period, our Distribution Center will follow First-In-First-Out for our stock management. Firstly, DC will deliver the old packaging & old marking product. Secondly, DC will offer the new packaging & old marking product. Finally, DC will send out the new packaging & new marking product. ‘Schneider Electric’ brand and ‘Telemecanique’ brand products will exist simultaneously for a while. It will not impact customers purchasing or using our products.
如果客户对统一品牌有特殊项目需求，可以在施耐德电气工厂中止生产TE品牌的变频器及软起动器产品后，通过非库存订单方式，向施耐德电气物流中心定购统一施耐德电气品牌的产品。此类订单的交货期同公布的非库存订单交货期一致。请分销商和客户在下订单前确认新产品的交货期是否能满足需要，并在下单时注明需要统一施耐德电气品牌并联系SOA部门
If customer have special one Schneider Electric brand requirement for some dedicated projects and business. They could order the new brand offer by indent order flow, of which leadtime is same as our official leadtime for indent offer. Please make sure the leadtime is also acceptable for our distributors and customers before placing order. Please specify that Schneider Electric logo is needed and contact our sales order administration department.
