众所周知，安全光幕的一个重要设计原则就是早在规划期间就确保以低成本、高效益的方式确全，模块化的设计使得mac4 安全光幕能够轻松集成到机械设备，并可实现快速调试，由此缩短了工作时间；mac4安全光幕占用空间小，并有助于用户优化仓储；mac4 安全光幕的多种保护高度也使之具有高可用性。同时，mac4 安全光幕操作十分方便：采用模块化外壳设计，用户通过少量组件就能实现所需的保护高度；无需支架即可直接安 装支持用户将mac4 安全光幕集成到机械设备中，且无安全盲区；通过一根4芯连接电缆实现电气连接。刘奇先生表示：“mac4定制化安全解决方案 可提供一个基础模块和最多四个扩展模块，保护高度为 210 到1050 mm。此外，我们还能提供17或30 mm两种分辨率 确保实现可靠检测。Mac4 安全光幕的保护高度为 1 m， 保护距离3.2 m。 ”

    其中非常成功的一个案例是通过前期产品经理的宣传及授权经销商的大量客户工作，作为一家汽配设备制造商的典型客户成功订购了几百套30mm分辨率1050mm高度的mac4安全光幕。

    客户主要使用安全光幕来保护小型焊接机器人工位的出入口，高速运行的机器人在保护区域内执行焊接工件的操作。一旦在工作时有操作工进入该区域，哪怕只是一个手臂伸入，mac4安全光幕都能精准的检测出来并及时给出停止信号，确保人员和机器之间的互动及安全。
