协作办学使厦门理工学院和ABB的协作更进了一步。2012年头，为满意企业在职员工持续教育的需求，厦门理工学院持续教育学院与ABB公司打开协作，有55名ABB在厦公司的员工被理工学院选取，现在这批学生都在理工学院的思明校区上课。理工学院表明，将根据校园的师资、设备等状况，尽量创造条件满意ABB在厦各企业在职员工持续再教育的需求，扩大协作覆盖面。
“每次来到ABB都感觉像回家那般亲切，咱们特别感谢ABB对在校学生的关爱。”陈丽安教授是双方十年协作的参与者和见证者，如今，陈丽安的许多学生就在ABB作业。可以说，厦门理工学院与ABB的协作，为高校和企业协作供给了鲜活的样本。
有了校企协作 实习作业不愁
“在我刚入校的时候，就看到ABB方面给优异的学长颁奖，这对其时的我来说是个很大的鼓舞。”陈彪是厦门理工学院电气工程及其自动化专业2005级的学生，从入校起，ABB厦门公司就成为一个他绕不开的关键词。
大二那年，专业成绩优异的他通过考核进入厦门ABB开关有限公司实习。“虽然是暑期实习，面试环节尤其专业，有hr到校园和咱们面谈。”时隔多年，陈彪对ABB选拔暑期实习学生的严谨依然形象深入。这种“专业”更是延伸到了详细的实习作业中。陈彪回忆说，ABB方面采用轮岗的方式，安排他和同学们到不同的车间岗位实习，
“一个半月实习了3个岗位，这使咱们对公司状况有了比较清晰的认识。”临近毕业，陈彪再次通过选拔，到ABB完结自己的毕业设计。“等于我的毕业设计有两位导师，一位是校园导师，一位是ABB的导师。”在双导师的指导下，陈彪的毕业设计进行得很顺畅。
很自然地，到ABB作业成为陈彪的愿望。毕业后，这一愿望成为实际。“我觉得自己很走运，借由校园和ABB搭建的渠道，使我在学习理论知识的一起更有了宝贵的实践时机，然后了解企业需求并为之尽力。”已是厦门ABB开关有限公司服务事业部产品经理的陈彪如是说。
