北汽集团十分倚重杜尔公司在总装方面的专业知识和技术，其北京工厂的新总装线目前正在建设中。杜尔公司为北汽集团提供完整的输送技术，包括内饰线及总装线的平板输送机，以及底盘生产线的重型电动自行小车系统。板链输送机用于进行雨淋测试的生产线末端，与车体主框架和前后轴托盘交换系统在辊道上交汇。杜尔公司负责该项目的整体规划。2013年起，基于北汽萨3和萨5的新车型将在该厂完成装配。

　　对杜尔公司而言，在项目的计划和管理方面最具挑战性的莫过于来自大众萨克森的订单。该项目涉及对现有工厂的改扩建，工程实施过程中的几个阶段需要停产配合完成，其中最大部分的建设将会在今年的暑期进行。之后将会对倾斜/下降重型电动自行小车系统进行彻底的更新，包括可调节高度的吊挂装置，以及配有升降台的新型平板输送机。本次承包协议还包括对车门预组装线的迁移。2012年八月中旬，该工厂将完成整修并再次投入生产。

　　日前，杜尔公司意大利CPM的同事在Pomigliano为菲亚特的总装系统建设了一个培训线，该培训线采用紧凑设计，为菲亚特提供了一个可供全球使用的生产标准，其核心为TTS生产线(双车系统)，配有杜尔独立开发的可调节高度及旋转的吊挂装置。员工可在此工厂进行培训并了解整个装配流程，例如新车型生产的启动工作。

　　培训线是该整体项目的一个组成部分，CPM还为该项目安装了新的用于连接车体和动力总成的合成线（灵活平板生产线）。项目的其它组成部分还包括用于前后车轴单元的机械分料线等。杜尔公司提供的服务范围不仅涵盖了配有X–车轮激光四轮定位的行尾设备，还包含对滚动、刹车及ABS进行测试的X-道路测试技术和设备。菲亚特的首个灵活平板工厂的产量为每小时60台，已在2011年10月份投入生产。

　　CPM目前正为菲亚特在克拉古耶瓦茨（塞尔维亚），及中国长沙建设相同的工厂，预计分别将会在今年的5月及6月投产。塞尔维亚的项目是综合性最高的一个，服务范围包括配有单臂旋转吊挂装置的TTS底盘生产线，板链输送、雨淋测试设备以及存放车体的辊道。作为项目总承包商，杜尔公司还另外负责全面协调工作。
