- Tasks Picking customer calls, Keep good customer satisfaction Professional hotline interface for customer on the phone Daily communication with customers to identify the technical problems or service requests, and dispatch to right resources to solve. Fulfill report under requirement Education Bachelor degree or college degree with electronic and engineering major or related with science education backgroud Knowledge/Languages Good sense of customer focus and good interpersonal communication skill, service minded Strong sense of responsibility and good team player Fluent both oral and written in English, Mandarin Taking initiative and willing to learn, skilled with MS office software Type speed at least is 80words/minute Experience Relevant experience preferred.
