- Job deｓ ｃｒｉｐｔion - Handling distributors daily business of orders, delivery, etc. - Develop and optimise new and existing distributors as valuable sales channel in responsible area of Region East ( incl. sub-distributors, project partners) - Arrange the promotion activities - Distributors budget negotiation and agreement communication - Evaluation visiting and talk with distributors on business strategy - Help distributors improve the technology and service capability and company image - Relevant BU co-ordination, strategy in align with sub-offices management projects - Manage to reach the team and individual targets and control the budget cost Job Requirement - University degree or above majoring in Automation & Drives or relative field - Above two years sales working experience - Above two years working experience in Automation & Drives field - Good command of English both in speaking and writing
