  • Tasks -Delivering support to customer via Technical Support Hotline -Working out FAQs and Getting started for knowledge accumulation -Delivering clarification on configuration and designing pre-sale support -Problem solving during programming, installation, commissioning and test run -Customized training for SIs and OEMs -Setting up demonstration system for product and system functions -通过热线为用户提供技术支持 -总结和创建相关的技术文档资料 -提供售前的技术澄清和配置 -解决安装,编程,调试过程中的技术问题 -为合作伙伴和OEM用户提供定制的培训 -制作基于产品或系统的演示设备 Education -Bachelor degree or higher, majoring in Automation or Computer/IT -自动化或计算机本科以上学历 Knowledge/Languages -Good command of writing, speaking and reading English. -较好的英文听,说,读,写能力.
