- Responsibilities: Lead hardware engineering team to design hardware products according to National Instruments hardware development process Develop products according to NI product market strategy and business goals Work with cross function teams to define and coordinate projects and technologies Set and track project development schedule Responsible for project quality, costing and pricing Responsible for resource assignment Requirements: Bachelor or above in Electrical Engineering, or related At least 2 years board-level hardware design experience and 1 year leadership experience Strong project management skills Strong understanding of electronics, computer technology and hardware design process Strong problem solving and analytic skills Outstanding communication skills, with excellent oral and written English Qualities of persistence and initiative If you are ready for an exciting career with excellent growth opportunities, please contact NI-Shanghai.
