- Responsibilities: 1. Provide technical support to the customers via phone and email 2. Configure and demonstrate virtual instrumentation systems to customers 3. Conduct technical seminars and present customer training for NI Products 4. Attend training at NI Headquarter in Austin, Texas, U.S. 5. May be required to outstation to a certain region within China for field sales & technical support Requirements: 1. Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or Instrumentation 2. Be able to relocate anywhere as a technical sales in China as deem fit by the company 3. Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese (CET6 or TOEFL 600 or above) 4. GPA>3.5 or ranked among top 5 students in class during undergraduate study 5. Candidates should be interested in working directly with customers to help them solve technical problems and learn how to apply our products to their applications 6. Excellent technical training, speaking and writing skills 7. Strong ability to solve problems and work independently 8. Ability to travel 25% of the time 9. Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities 10. Ability to work cooperatively in team environment 11.
