- Tasks: -Technical support to customer via hotline till customer are satisfied -Project support on problem solving during hardware design programming, installation, commissioning and trouble shooting. -Presales support on technical consultation and bidding support -Make the technical seminar or working on the knowledge management. Education: -Bachelor degree or above, major in Automation Knowledge/Languages: -Good command of writing, speaking and reading in English Experience: -2-5 years practical engineering experience (designing, programming, installation, commissioning) on Industrial Automation, certain branch application experience preferred. -Sound experience on working with industrial automation components like DCS, PLC or SCADA system. -being familiar with VB, C language , or Database Knowledge would be a special plus
