职位描述
岗位职责：
1.Repair the equipments and record, Control and management of equipments’ technical conditions
负责设备现场维修与记录、技术状况的控制和管理。
2.Support to establish the equipment management process for motor factory and implementation
协助电机工厂设备管理体系的建立与实施
3.Responsible for the equipment technical and maintenance status analysis and evaluation ;Summarize the problems happened and systematically to analysis and find the solutions to reduce the break down time
负责设备技术、维护状态的分析与评价 , 综合设备故障记录; 分析故障原因，总结处理措施，降低设备故障率
4.Responsible for equipments technical innovation, modification and information collection and accumulation
负责设备技术革新、改造及相关资料、信息的收集与积累。
5.Make the autonomous maintenance (AM) and train the operators for AM, Make the preventive maintenance (PM) and implementation
制定设备的日常与定期的保养计划并且实施以及对相关员工进行培训
6.Make the spare parts plan and purchasing the spare parts accordingly, control the spare parts stocks
制定备件采购计划并且根据计划采购备件,控制备件库存
7.Make the equipment operation instructions and train the operators
制定设备操作指导书并且培训操作员
8.Make the CIP for the equipment management and skills to improve the production productivity and efficiency
持续不断改进设备管理水平及设备维修技能以提高生产效率和设备利用率
9.Support to process engineers for the equipment installation, acceptance and the documents archive
支持工艺工程师对新设备的安装调试和验收工作，对随机资料及备件进行管理归档
岗位要求：
1.Bachelor college or above ( Mechatronics major or related is preferred)
本科及以上学历(机电一体化或相关专业优先)
2.Be familiar with equipment management process
熟悉设备管理流程
3.Be familiar with Office software
熟练使用办公软件
4.at least 2 years(motor experience is preferred)
至少两年工作经验(电机经验优先)
5.Basic English both oral and writing
能够用英语进行基本的交流和书写
6.Can be trained at abroad
能够在国外培训
7.Robot debugging and repairing experience is preferred
有机器人调试和维修经验优先
