岗位职责:
· Work out and align go to market concept for digitalization products for OEM channel in responsible customers in China.
制定并协调中国OEM客户渠道数字化产品的市场概念。
· Implement go to market strategy with the China regional OEM sales team and the responsible product managers.
与中国区域OEM销售团队和负责的产品经理一起完成市场策略。
· Define and implement sales initiatives for digitalization products at machine tool OEMs.
定义并执行机床原始设备制造商的数字化产品销售计划。
· Supporting to implement the sales strategies and drive the sales process efficiency and volume.
支持执行销售策略,推动销售过程的效率和体量。
· Define digitalization target applications / use cases for OEM’s. Support for the PoC activity.
为OEM定义数字化目标应用/用例。 支持概念验证活动。
· Systematically collect and analyses market requirements (OEM view)
系统地收集和分析市场需求(从OEM视图)
· Align pricing level for CNC Shopfloor Management Software products for OEM use
调整OEM数控车间管理软件产品的价格水平
· Driving Community with OEM sales, exchange of know-how, communicating sales strategy, sharing references, driving sales initiative.
推动OEM销售社区,交流技术诀窍,沟通销售策略,分享参考,推动销售主动性。
What do I need to qualify for this job?
· Familiar with machine tool business and applications. Working experience in manufacturing industries, with experience and knowledge in plant operation, be familiar with PLM, MES related is preferred.
熟悉机床业务及应用,有制造业工作经验,有工厂运营经验和知识,熟悉PLM, MES相关者优先。
· Understand the Chinese Intelligent Manufacturing Market and its development.
了解中国智能制造市场及其发展。
· Executive and result orientation.
执行导向和结果导向。
· Business trip readiness
出差准备。
· Fluent English and Mandarin communication with customer and headquarter.
流利的英语和普通话与客户和总部沟通。
