西门子世博日联袂苏州工业论坛即将在上海/苏州举行

从2010年5月16日至23日，西门子世博日和苏州工业论坛活动将在上海和苏州举办，西门子工业自动化集团/驱动技术集团/楼宇科技集团（IA/DT/BT）为2800名客户量身定制了一共6场主题活动，每场活动包括两天行程：第一天参加苏州工业论坛，第二天参观上海世博园。观众有机会与工业领域的专家和西门子高层进行交流，进而了解到最新的工业和建筑领域科技发展的趋势。

该活动适逢2010年5月1日至10月31日的上海世博会期间，届时将会有来自世界七千万参观者来到上海。西门子IA/DT/BT以此万众瞩目的盛会作为平台，为客户准备了这次活动。

西门子（中国）有限公司执行副总裁、东北亚区工业业务领域总裁何维克表示：“工业论坛是阐释工业领域‘创新科技，铸就恒久价值’理念的平台，我们希望通过这项长达一周的论坛活动，就不同的话题与我们的客户展开深入的沟通，交流对工业领域发展趋势的观点，以帮助客户进一步提高生产力、增加灵活性、改进效率。”

关于具体的日程安排，首先会向来宾解答“西门子之道如何应对当今最棘手问题”，接下来安排了专家发言和分组讨论等内容。由于目标观众不同，六天的论坛准备了包括楼宇效率最大化、提高工厂能效、创新的驱动解决方案、自动化的未来趋势、整合的过程自动化系统、可持续发展的城市与可再生能源等话题。

第二天世博日的参观也安排了精彩的内容。首先在世博的主题展馆里，设有西门子接待中心，观众通过多媒体系统了解西门子与世博的渊源，另外应用了西门子气候及楼宇科技的“被动屋”汉堡之家也将向观众开放。西门子在世博园内三大引人注目的展示内容就是它在发电、能源高效以及医疗领域的解决之道。

From 16^th until 23^rd May 2010, Siemens Expo Hospitality & Siemens Industry Forum will be held in Shanghai and Suzhou China. During this period, several two-day events will be held. Industry Automation/Drive Technologies/Building Technologies (IA/DT/BT) divisions, Industry Sector, SLC will invite 2,800 guests, who have the opportunity to attend the Industry Forum in Suzhou on the first day and visit the Expo 2010 Shanghai the next day. Customers are expected to enjoy a high level industry forum with top speakers, networking opportunities with industry experts and Siemens senior executives, and the latest industry and infrastructure trends.

The Expo 2010 Shanghai is coming closer. From May 1^st to October 31^st, 2010, this major event is expected to attract over 70 million visitors from all over the world. The event raises high expectations, and IA/DT/BT takes this opportunity to make it an unforgettable event for guests by holding the Forum and Hospitality program.

The Industry Forum is a platform to demonstrate the concept of Siemens Industry Sector as “Creating Sustainable Value through Technological Leadership,” said Mr. Herweck, Executive Vice President of Siemens Ltd, China and President of Industry Sector, North East Asia. “Through the week-long forum on diversified topics, we want to conduct in-depth communication with our customers and exchange views on the industry trends, so as to find ways that further increase their productivity, enhance their flexibility, and improve their efficiency.”

The agenda for the Industry Forum involves an opening speech in which Siemens’ brand statement ‘Siemens answers the world’s toughest questions’ will be explained. The opening will be followed by an expert speech and breakout sessions, which both have different topics daily. With the devoted focus on Siemens’ customers, the topics are adjusted to their interests. Hence, the discussions will be about different topics like maximizing building efficiency, increasing energy efficiency, innovation for the process automation, and innovations for sustainable cities and renewable energy.

The visit to the venue of the Expo the next day is also expected to be an impressive event. Within the hospitality center, multimedia about the historical relations of Siemens and Expo will be shown. Moreover, Siemens has partnership with other exhibitors like the ‘Hamburg House Pavilion’, which is the ‘Passivhaus’ with Siemens’ climate and building technology. The three touch points on-site at the World Expo are energy generation, energy efficiency and healthcare solutions.
